Iran: The Strongest Protests Against The Swiss State for The Closure of The Case of The Murderers of Pr. Kazem Rajavi

The MEK Iran news website informed that on Monday June 8, 2020, the Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) received a copy of the notice of upcoming closure, by the prosecutor of the canton of Vaud in Switzerland, of the case of the assassination of Professor Kazem Rajavi, representative of the NCRI in Switzerland and first Iranian ambassador to the European headquarters of the UN after the anti-monarchical revolution, due to the prescription reached.

According to the notice, the file of the 14 murderers listed below will be closed on June 17:

SAMADI Yaddollah, born in 1957 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Assadollah,

SAJADIAN Mahmoud, born in 1958 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Hardohnan,

REZVANI Mohammad Saïd, born in 1966 or 1956 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Taghi,

POURSHAFIEE Moshen, born in 1958 in Khounnsar, Iran, comes from Iran, son of Abbas,

POURMIRZAI Nasser, born in 1956 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Nourollah,

MOSLEHIARAGHI Ali, born in 1947, originally from Iran,

KAMALI Ali, born in 1956 in Isfahan, Iran, comes from Iran, son of Bahman,

JAZAERI Mohammad Reza, born in 1958 in Qom, Iran, comes from Iran, son of Mohammad Kazem,

HEMMATI Saïd, born in 1948 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Mohammad,

HAADAVI Ali, born in 1957 in Gorgan, Iran, originally from Iran, son of Mirza,

BAYANI HAMADANI Ali Reza, born in 1959 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Ebrahim,

BABAEE Sadegh, born in 1958 in Tehran, originally from Iran, son of Settollah,

The prosecutor indicates that the communication is not subject to appeal (art. 318 al. 3 CCP).

The news website of the Iranian opposition organization, MEK Iran, informs that the prosecutor avoids naming Ali Khamenei, the regime’s strongman, Ali Akbar Velayati, then foreign minister, and Hassan Rohani, and then secretary of the regime’s Supreme Security Council who were the sponsors of the crime.

The Iranian Resistance declares its strongest protest and condemnation for the closure of the case of the assassination of Professor Kazem Rajavi. They consider this decision, as a bargain and a blatant political combination, identical to the extradition on December 31, 1993 of the murderers arrested in France. Terrorism and crimes against humanity that continue unabated by the ruling religious dictatorship in Iran cannot be subject to prescription. Seven bloodbaths and massacres perpetrated against the MEK Iran in Ashraf and Liberty, the arrest of Assadollah Assadi, the bomb-laying diplomat-terrorist during the large-scale rally on June 30, 2018 for Iran, and the expulsion of Ambassadors and diplomat-terrorists of the Albanian mullahs’ regime are irrefutable proofs of this reality.

The prescription of 30 years in the case of the assassination of Kazem Rajavi who has always known about procrastination and delays during the procedure has no meaning other than an obstruction of justice and complacency vis-à-vis the mullahs’ regime and its rampant terrorism. The Iranian people can neither forgive nor forget it.

The Iranian Resistance and MEK Iran firmly ask the Federal Council and the Swiss Justice to keep this file open. An international arrest warrant should be issued against the perpetrators and the sponsors. Justice must be done.

The Internal Struggles of the Iranean Regime Intensify While Zarif Talks About Negotiations With the United States

On January 24, the Iranian regime’s Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, told German Der Spiegel that the regime “does not rule out negotiations with Washington, even after the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani, if the United States changes the course and raises the sanctions”.

This was such a ridiculous demand that the president of the United States, Donald Trump, simply wrote on Twitter in Farsi “No, thanks”.

After Zarif’s interview with Der Spiegel, those closest to the faction of the regime’s supreme leader, Ali Jamenei, called Zarif “traitor” and came to demand his removal from the regime’s parliament.

The successor of Qassem Soleimani, Esmail Ghaan is one of the most criminal leaders of the Revolutionary Guard and the Quds Force

After the elimination of Qassem Soleimani, the Supreme Leader of the Ali Jamenei regime, named Esmail Ghaani Akbarnejad as his replacement. Ghaani was for the second years of Soleimani in the Qods terrorist force.

Ghaani is one of the most criminal commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that has played the most important role in the repression against the Iranian people and massacres in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and other countries in the region for the past 40 years.

Ghaani, born in 1957 in Bojnourd, joined the Guard since the first days of the establishment of the Mullah’s regime. Since 1980, he was sent to the Iranian Kurdistan region to repress there. In the following years, he was one of the commanders of the Revolutionary Guard during the Iran-Iraq war and sent a large number of young people, teenagers and students to the extermination camps. Khomeini continued that war to prolong the survival of his disgraceful government.

The United Kingdom, France and Germany Say That the Iranian Regime is Responsible for the Saudi’s Oil Infrastructure Attacks

Britain, France and Germany joined the United States on Monday in blaming the Iran regime for attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia.

The leaders of the United Kingdom, France and Germany issued a statement saying “there is no other plausible explanation that Iran is responsible for this attack.”

They pledged to try to ease tensions in the Middle East and urged the Iran regime to “refrain from choosing provocation and escalation.”
